The Story

Brad is one of my long-standing clients. It’s been a genuine pleasure to work with him as his business grew.

I was first approached by Brad a number of years ago. Having just completed his civil celebrant’s training he was looking to start a small business providing his services for weddings and other significant family events.

Brad is a significant figure in his local community, with a strong background in the Queensland Scouts and the Choral Society. He is also a Justice of the Peace. Brad’s community involvement earns him a strong amount of respect and credibility within the local area.

His mission as a Civil Celebrant is to ‘provide a celebration which reflects the life story and personality of the people involved'.

In a very crowded market, Brad wanted his brand to reflect who he was, his beliefs and his authentic community reputation. As one of the few male celebrants in the area he wanted his brand to reflect this point of difference as well as clearly communicate a level of sophistication, competence and reliability. Qualities that are sought after by people looking for a celebrant.

 

The Result

I worked with Brad from the initial logo design, through printing, poster design and media collateral, to website development and Search Engine Optimisation tracking.

When creating a high-quality logo that was elegant, dignified and reflected Brad, I was conscious that it had to translate well to mediums such as notebooks, folders, printed stationary and social media.

 

Celebrade Website Development

Brad’s finished website reflected the quality he wanted to portray. It has a clean layout, large images and an elegant classical font. The website is also mobile responsive and SEO friendly which means that potential clients can easily find and view his website on a mobile phone, tablet and any device they choose.

Brad is a great example of keeping active with his website and social media. He regularly posts blog posts, stories, and testimonials on his website. This not only helps his SEO ranking but communicates with his audience that he's out and about doing what he loves.
